Under CDM regulations, it is imperative to provide the necessary “risk assessments” for each scheme design, ensuring the risk has been minimised and or removed for each individual activity associated with the road, sewer and foundation design.

In this respect, the client can move forward in complete confidence and assurance, as DMS Civils Design Ltd  are also a qualified CDM Planning supervisor, ensuring the designer is provided with all necessary reports/assessments at technical approval stage along with a complete set of drawings for “construction” attached.

As mentioned, DMS Civils Design Ltd pursue all designs with a view to buildability, ease of construction and cost efficiency. Therefore all designs risks are taken into account at a very early stage and carried through to technical approval, giving both the client and contractor a pro-active rather than a reactive design from the moment site commences.
